Holistic Nutrition is a natural approach to health that uses evidence-based techniques for diet, lifestyle and detoxification. Instead of focusing on just one aspect of the person, holistic nutrition evaluates the complete health history, emotional state, lifestyle habits and current dietary habits of an individual to determine the root cause of his or her health issues.
During the first visit, we will go over your nutritional intake form which you will have been sent to complete prior to your appointment. From here a report will be created indicating any underlying issues with organ systems, dietary recommendations, and any lifestyle changes that would improve your symptoms. Vitamins or herbal supplements may be recommended to help expedite healing or alleviate symptoms.
